The hotel offered breathtaking views of the lake, creating a serene and romantic atmosphere for our escape. We were impressed by the large and comfortable rooms that had ample space for relaxation. the staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.
There were several instances where we discovered dirt and stains, which took away from the overall experience. the lack of maintenance in certain areas, such as the garden and hallways, was noticeable and detracted from the hotel's appeal.

Great location, stunning view, excellent service. My recent stay at a hotel in El Alamein was absolutely amazing. the hotel is located in a perfect spot with a great view. I enjoyed waking up every morning and seeing the beautiful scenery outside. the staff provided excellent service, which made my stay even better. One of the best things about this hotel was the fact that it provided free Wi-Fi and parking facilities. This made it easy for me to stay connected to the internet and also convenient for me to park my car.
Outdated amenities, cleanliness needs improvement.
